  • Welcome to my world.

    Welcome!

Go ahead, grab a snack and something to drink. You may be here awhile as you take a journey through life as my camera sees it. I believe it's the luckiest camera around as it frequently captures the most beautiful people I've ever met. It frequently encounters things like the innocence of a newborn just getting started in life or the love and beauty of a couple exchanging vows beginning a new life together.

Unique in your own way, and more beautiful than all the rest.. this is your life and how it's capture it is up to You!

My goal is to not only create beautiful images and capture moments but for my images to tell a story. Sometimes the most cherished memories aren't the big events- but the little moments that happened in between.

I capture moments as I see them unfold, I'll give you prompts if needed but encourage a very relaxed environment where you are free to be yourself. I want the images I capture to reflect you and the emotions of that moment to be felt just as they were the moment they happened.

If you have any questions- I'd love to hear from you! You can view my portfolio here: http://lightlovelaughter.com . I absolutely LOVE getting emails... so feel free to shoot me one here:

Mr. and Mrs. Lull

Sunday was a perfect day, and I was privileged to shoot a beautiful wedding with the very talented Carrie Jo (Texture Photographics). There were several photographers for this wedding, so my main objective was to capture all the “candid” pictures.

John and Lisa got married on the side of Lookout Mountain. The ceremony and reception were simple yet elegant and very pretty. The morning was spent taking pictures, arranging flowers, and doing all the last minute preparations for the ceremony. There was a lot of anticipation and excitement in the air as Lisa and John got closer and closer to saying their vows. Lisa is such a sweet gal and she made a very beautiful bride. The love and respect John and Lisa have for eachother is so easily seen, their excitement for the future together was endless. I know they have a long and happy future together and I wish them the best of luck in all the years to come.

Here are some of my favorites, it was so hard to limit myself to just a few to share… so I posted a larger group… enjoy!

These toys were in the men’s changing room.. we never discovered what their exact purpose was for…

These have to be the coolest shoes I’ve ever seen!

She is so beautiful, even while arranging her bouquet.

The ceremony location

Taking the last minute wrinkles out of the dress. :)

Before they saw eachother they met at the door. John is such a sweetheart and brought a little flower to give to Lisa, eventhough he still had to wait a few more minutes to see her.

The many, many thoughts that go through a brides’ mind…

They absolutely adore eachother!

These big days wear on the little ones so fast!

This little girl will soon be a big sister! She was beautiful!

One last shot on their way out.
