The Ellen family recently welcomed this amazing little man into their family and new home! At 8lbs and 4oz so he’s off to a great start in life! They’ve been hard at work the last 9 months gutting and expanding their home to give Will and littleĀ Jack much more room to run and play. The Ellen family is very special to me as I was the first sitter for their first child, Will. I’ve been so blessed to watch this little guy grow from 7lbs to a being a toddler that runs everywhere and loves engage in conversation! It’s amazing how fast these little babies grow up and how much they change in their very first year of life. I know Lauren and Phil and Will were all very excited to welcome Jack into this world and to join them in their own adventure in life.
Congrats to the Ellen family on this new arrival and for moving into such a beautiful new home! I’m excited to see Jack grow and develop. He’s blessed to have such an amazing, fun, warm and loving family.

A sleeping angel

Lauren let Jack borrow her rings for a few minutes. I love this picture as the rings are missing and found on his toes. :)

It’s so natural for delicate newborn skin to dry easily as they adjust to their new environments.

Every mother has these moments. Will was having a meltdown and so mom decided to join. Sometimes kids just don’t know how ridiculous they are being and need to be shown. :)

Loved these moments…

Dry skin and pricked heels are all a part of newborns
