Where does time go? It feels like yesterday I was anticipating with so much excitement high school graduation and what feels like just a few short years later I’ve returned home to see not one… not two.. but THREE more graduations of my brothers and sisters and Tashonna will be the Fourth! Yikes! I’m getting old- I mean seriously.. I feel like I just graduated from college yesterday.. and here I am nearly 3 years later. Phew!
Maybe reality is hitting a little harder this time because when Tashonna was in junior high I brought her out to spend a summer in Georgia with me. I was still in college but working here for the summer… and she was only in Junior High and here she is headed full speed ahead into her Senior Year! *sigh* I regress though. She’s grown into a beautiful and confident young woman and I’m a pretty proud big sister. She’s been talking about having me do her Senior Pictures for awhile now.. she’s been a strong support of many of the other pictures of the amazing individuals I’ve taken and was anxious to have her turn in front of my camera. You’d have to ask her what her experience was… but I’m pretty sure she had a lot of fun. :)
She wanted her session to reflect who she is. The wind was blowing and it was a very sunny day so not everything is perfect but I can assure you everything is Real. Everything is Natural. These pictures aren’t only beautiful but they Reflect WHO she IS. By the end of the slideshow you’ll see many of her typical expressions, looks, laughter, and smiles. You may not see a picture of perfection but more importantly you’ll see a reflection of Tashonna Frye and everything SHE is. :)
