They returned the the place where it all began… the green fields filled with deer, the wide open spaces and beauty of Swan Lake. The little gazebo where they shared their first kiss and where Daniel asked Rebecca to be his wife. They dated through college and then Rebecca went to nursing school and their love continued to grow. Daniel has been her support and strength while she’s worked hard to earn her nursing degree and as she works to earn her nurse practitioners license… his love, support and strength remain.
They were so excited to be married as this is a day they’ve looked forward to and anticipated for a very long time (9 years and counting!). The weather couldn’t have been more beautiful and everything came together beautifully with special thanks to Holly and her team at The Season Events. Rebecca was such a stunning bride and her groom would absolutely agree. He spent much of the morning in absolute awe of her beauty…. knowing this girl was soon to be his wife!
Rebecca started her day at Blonde on Broad in downtown Rome. The ladies there are some of the best and most talented in town and they never cease to amaze me with their work!

I decided to do some of the details shots at the salon and they resulted in some of my absolute favorite ring pictures to date! (Her ring is So pretty!!)

His wedding band was made from the catalytic converter of his favorite car. It looks heavy but was really lightweight.

Frost Chapel is such a beautiful place- specially for the dress pictures.

As she spit out her gum her mom said this would be the last time she was ever allowed to do such a thing.

Rebecca- you were stunning!

Rebecca and Daniel decided to do a first look – not only did they share sweet moments- they also got to take advantage of the most beautiful light for their portraits and we completed all the pictures before the ceremony. All of them!

His expressions says it all!

These two are such a fun couple and they were SO happy… radiant smiles on their wedding day!

I love this picture. Love.

As we headed to take picture in front of the chapel I they walked through this small patch of light and so we stopped to take full advantage of such a phenomenal setting.. it’s not every day you find a beautiful couple on the top of the mountain and the sunlight being absolutely perfect!

You guys were absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to share the rest of your wedding story…
